These Terms of Use apply to this website, the free Freight Broker Shipper Call Prep Checklist, and the High Ticket Closing Script for Freight Brokers digital product offered by Benson's Network LLC. By requesting, purchasing, downloading, or using these materials, you agree to these terms.
Free checklist and email consent
The free checklist is provided after a valid email address and consent are submitted. If you consent to occasional marketing emails, you may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe method in a message or by contacting us. Submitting the form does not require a purchase.
Product and payment
High Ticket Closing Script for Freight Brokers is a digital product offered for a one-time price of $27. Checkout, payment processing, receipts, and digital delivery are handled through the existing Gumroad purchase path. Any taxes or platform charges shown at checkout are governed by the checkout provider and applicable law.
License
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may adapt the scripts for your own conversations. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, distribute, or make the product available to others except as permitted in writing by Benson's Network LLC.
No guarantees
The checklist and product are educational and informational. They do not guarantee customers, loads, revenue, profit, conversion rates, or any other business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, experience, effort, communication, pricing, compliance, and business decisions.
Professional responsibility
The product is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, licensing, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for evaluating and lawfully using the materials, complying with applicable freight-broker, telemarketing, privacy, advertising, and other requirements, and obtaining professional advice when needed.
Availability and updates
We may correct errors, update the materials, or change how the product is delivered. We do not promise that every feature or delivery method will remain available indefinitely. If you have an access problem, contact support with the email used at checkout and the Gumroad receipt number; do not send payment-card information.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or product to break the law, misrepresent your identity or services, harass others, send unlawful or deceptive communications, interfere with systems, or violate another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The website and product, including their text, structure, and original materials, are owned by or licensed to Benson's Network LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and product are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benson's Network LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any direct liability relating to the product will not exceed the amount you paid for it. These limits do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms for future use. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Applicable law may provide additional rights that these terms do not limit.
