Refund Policy

High Ticket Closing Script for Freight Brokers is a $27 digital product delivered through Gumroad. Because digital materials can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once access or delivery has been provided.
When we will review a request
Contact us within seven calendar days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, did not receive access after reasonable troubleshooting, or received a file that is materially defective and cannot be replaced. We will review the verified purchase record and the circumstances of the request.
What to include
Send the purchase date, the email address used at checkout, the Gumroad receipt number, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, bank information, passwords, or authentication codes.
Resolution
When appropriate, we may restore access, replace a defective file, correct a duplicate charge, or approve a refund. Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right required by applicable law.
