This Privacy Policy explains how Benson's Network LLC (“Benson's Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website, High Ticket Closing Script for Freight Brokers, the free Freight Broker Shipper Call Prep Checklist, customer support, and related communications.

We may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, checklist request, support message, and purchase details needed to locate or assist with an order. When you purchase through Gumroad, Gumroad processes checkout and payment information. We do not ask you to send full payment-card numbers, passwords, or authentication codes.
How we use information
We use information to provide the checklist and product, record subscription consent, respond to questions, verify transactions, prevent misuse, maintain business and tax records, comply with law, and improve our materials. The website currently saves checklist-request emails, but automated marketing email is not active. Any marketing messages sent later will use the consent provided, identify Benson's Network LLC, and include an unsubscribe method and other legally required information.

We may use service providers to host the website, process purchases, deliver digital files, provide email or support services, and protect our systems. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Gumroad currently handles the product checkout and delivery path.
